Pay for STD testing with UnitedHealthcare
With the exception of Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare, all UnitedHealthcare plan types can be used.
The amount due today reflects our service fee, not covered by insurance.
The amount due later includes the cost of lab testing.
If any amount of your testing is not covered by your insurance provider, a bill will be mailed to your home or preferred address from the lab for the remaining balance.
This bill typically arrives between 30-45 days after testing.
Step-by-step insurance guide:
- The amount your insurance provider will cover varies depending on your plan. We recommend calling your insurance provider for details about cost before getting tested. You can find the number on the back of your insurance card.
- Individual labs do not know each individual patient's insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to verify benefits before services are performed. Any questions regarding coverage should be directed to your insurance provider.
- If you have any further questions, our Care Team is available M-F 6a-9p | Sat 7a-9p | Sun 9a-9p CDT at (877) 457-3082. We want to make your STD testing experience as painless as possible. We're here to help.
Please bring your insurance card to the lab for identification purposes.
