Our mission is to help people get tested for sexually-transmitted diseases easily, privately, and at a fraction of the cost. That's why we offer several ways to pay - from cash to credit card to our "Test Now - Pay with Results" payment plan.

Accepted Credit Cards

Pay By Credit Card

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. The billing charge on your credit card statement will be from "APG Services". We do this to protect your privacy for all communication, including billing. Our customers appreciate the use of our generic service company for their sensitive documents.

Money Order with Western Union

Western Union

For your convenience and privacy, we accept cash payment through Western Union. Western Union has over 75,000 agent locations, so paying for your test with cash has never been easier.

 

How It Works

  1. Place your test order online or by phone.
  2. Go to the test center and get tested.
  3. Go to any Western Union location. Click to find a location.
  4. Ask a Western Union Agent for a blue "Quick collect form".
  5. Fill out the form with "Pay To = PHN Services" and "Code City = PHN IL"
  6. Payments made M-F after 6pm CST will be processed the next business day. Payments made after 6:00pm on Friday will be posted to your account Monday morning.
  7. Log In to your account and receive your results.

Pay with Health Savings Account: HSA Card

If you are enrolled in a high-deductible health plan and have a health savings account (HSA), you can use your HSA card to pay for this service. Lab tests are a qualified medical expense. Charges on your HSA debit card will appear as "APG Services." We do this to protect your privacy for all communication, including billing. Our customers appreciate the use of our generic service company for their sensitive documents.

Pay with Gift Cards

Our gift card option allows you to visit a local retail outlet (Walmart, Target, Walgreens, your local grocer, etc.), and purchase a gift card which you can use to pay for your tests. Gift cards must have the MasterCard, Visa or American Express logo in order to be accepted. Also, be sure to purchase a card(s) equal to or in excess of the test value amount.
